How to Place an Order?

Ordering from us is a breeze:

  1. Add to Cart: Found something you love? Hit that “Add to Cart” button.
  2. Checkout: Ready to roll? Click “Checkout”.
  3. Enter Details: Pop in your contact details and shipping address.
  4. Payment: Pick your payment method and you are all set!
  5. Confirmation: Once the payment is done, you’ll see a confirmation page with your details. Done and dusted!
  6. Tracking: Once the order is shipped, we will share the tracking details through WhatsApp and email.

What are the Shipping charges?

  • Prepaid orders: Free shipping !!
  • Cash on delivery orders: Rs 100/- on the order.

Note: If you decline the COD order, you won’t be able to place another COD order with us. Only prepaid orders can be made thereafter.

When the delivery of order is expected?

Once you place the order, it will be shipped within 24–48 hours and delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on location.

  • Metro Areas: 4–5 Business days
  • Other Areas: 5–7 Business days

When to contact customer support?

  • If you do not receive confirmation mail / WhatsApp for your order.
  • Unable to place the order – connect with us and we will help you complete your purchase.
  • If money was debited but order was not placed.
  • To track your order.
  • In case you received wrong or damaged product.
  • To change your shipping/delivery address.
  • If tracking says order is delivered but you have not received the same.

Can order be cancelled?

Order can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever occurs first. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation request will not be accepted.

What is the procedure for refund?

We do not accept return or offer refund once a product has been opened or used.

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received wrong item from what you ordered.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery of the product and provide clear opening video of the order along with images showing the issue.

Once your request is approved for the refund, our delivery agent will pick it up and after passing the inspection at our warehouse, we’ll process the refund. It will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Note: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
